I have been puzzling out how to do livestream storytelling right here on Substack. I finally realized that this is not currently possible.

LEARNING TO RELAX

I’ve taken a little minute for myself. Ever since I had my dear children, I got out of the habit of noticing my own needs and into the habit of noticing everyone else’s. Sound familiar? 

I went to see someone about it. TBH, I almost canceled this appointment ten times because, I know what I need, right? Turns out, not really. I’m so grateful that I went.

The wisdom of Ayurveda, the ancient practice of balancing energy, might be the cure for my dis-ease. I’m certainly giving it a try. I’m on a new routine…
